However, we structure payments across the project:

20% deposit to secure your order
40% prior to production
40% prior to delivery

For installation works, payment is due in full upon completion.

Installation

Q: How long does window or door installation take?
Most window installations take between 1–3 days depending on the size of the job.
We’ll always give you a clear timeframe before starting.

Q: Will there be much disruption during installation?
We keep disruption to a minimum. Our team works cleanly and respectfully, leaving your home tidy at the end of each day.

Q: Do I need to be home during installation?
Ideally at the start, but we can work flexibly around you where needed.
