What is the process when I enquire with CoastView Windows?
When you contact CoastView Windows, we follow a clear and transparent process so you always know what’s happening with your window supply and installation:

Initial Enquiry
Send us your window schedule, architectural drawings, or request a site survey. -
Quotation Stage
Your details go through our system, and we prepare a detailed quotation based on your chosen window type uPVC, timber, alu-clad, or aluminium. -
Design & Specification Sign-Off
We confirm all design details such as opening styles, ironmongery, colours, glazing, and performance requirements. Nothing is ordered until you're 100% happy. -
Order Placement & Deposit
Once approved, we take a deposit and place your order with the manufacturer. -
Manufacturing
Lead times vary depending on the product range (see below). -
Pre-Delivery Balance
When manufacturing is complete, the final balance is paid to release delivery. -
Delivery & Inspection
Your windows are delivered directly to site. You have 48 hours to report any issues or damage so we can resolve them quickly.
This process ensures a smooth, reliable service from enquiry to delivery.
2. How long do the windows take to manufacture?
Manufacturing times vary depending on the type of window you choose:

uPVC windows: typically around 2 weeks

Alu-clad windows: around 4 weeks

Timber windows: up to 10 weeks for bespoke joinery

Aluminium systems: usually between 3–6 weeks
These lead times apply to both homeowners and trade customers across the South East.
3. Do CoastView Windows offer installation?
Yes, while CoastView is primarily a window supply specialist, we can arrange installation through our trusted network of approved window installers across Sussex and Kent.
If you already have your own contractor, we’re happy to provide a supply-only service.
4. Can you help me choose the right windows for my project?
Of course. We help you compare aluminium, timber, uPVC, and alu-clad windows so you can choose the best option for energy efficiency, sustainability, aesthetics, and budget.
